I have had my navel pierced, and I just clean it with boiled water and salt crystals. Is it enough to keep it clean, or you want to use these antimicrobial solutions? I used to clean my ears when I pierced it and it healed very well, but there are many chemicals used in the solutions and I thought that salt water is because it is just pure.
